Spicy Chili

Have you tried the <a href="https://hintoflavender.com/chicken-chili/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">White Chicken Chili</a> yet? It’s got a bit of a kick too, but not like this chili. It has a lot of spices and some jalapenos, but those can be substituted for a green bell pepper.

Ingredients

1 can on tri-beans

2 cans of pinto beans

4 oz of vegetable stock or beef stock

1 pound of plant-based beef or regular beef

1 red bell pepper

2 jalapenos (can be substituted for 1 green bell pepper)

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tbsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder


Directions

Add ground beef, three cans of beans and chopped peppers to your slower cooker. Add chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour in your veggie or beef stock. Let it cook for 3-4 hours on medium to low heat.
